The Golden Eagle Leadership Program helps students develop confidence, communication skills, teamwork, and the courage to take initiative.
Students learn to:
- Lead by example with honesty and respect
- Build confidence through public speaking
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Lead and assist with small-group training
- Encourage and motivate others
- Take responsibility and make good decisions
Through public speaking and leadership practice, students learn to overcome nervousness, guide others with patience, and become positive leaders at Taekwondo, at home, at school, and in the community.
A black belt is more than a rank — it is a responsibility.
